Gour Lentell

Gour has over 20 years experience in the IT, Internet and digital media industries. His professional career commenced with IT consulting roles at Price Waterhouse and Oracle, based in London and Sydney, before moving in 1996 to work full time in the emerging internet industry with OzEmail, Australia’s largest ISP at the time. Since then his entrepreneurial career has included co-founding and growing two successful digital media technology companies, Sabela Media and Decide Interactive, both of which were acquired by NSADAQ listed online media company, 24/7 Real Media, which itself was subsequently acquired by leading marketing communication services group WPP Plc in 2007.

Dave Turner

Dave has over 18 years experience in the IT industry. After working for the United Kingdom Government building an Internet precursor called Hantsnet, Dave moved to Oracle where for 7 years he was Oracle’s most senior business systems consultant in the UK and Australia. He then moved to OzEmail where he was the Technical Director for an ad server technology development project. Since then his entrepreneurial career has included co-founding and growing two successful digital media technology companies, Sabela Media and Decide Interactive, both of which were acquired by NSADAQ listed online media company, 24/7 Real Media, which itself was subsequently acquired by leading marketing communication services group WPP Plc in 2007.

Phillip Wing

Dr Wing has a career spanning 25 years as an advisor, entrepreneur, professional manager and Board director in both private and public companies across the globe. He is currently Chairman or Non-Executive Director of five investee companies ranging from mining to technology and medical devices. These companies are investments made from Dr Wing’s private equity fund and include an ASX/AIM listed company.

Until January 2006, Dr Wing was a Partner of Technology Venture Partners (“TVP”), a specialist Institutional Information Technology and Telecommunications venture capital firm. For 7 years and was an active Non–Executive Director on the Board of various TVP portfolio companies in Asia, Europe and North America.

Prior to joining TVP, Dr Wing was a senior executive in IBM’s global and Asia Pacific management team. He held responsibility for a major industry business unit in Asia and was also General Manager of the IBM (Australia and New Zealand) consulting business. His last role in IBM was as General Manager (Global Services) responsible for strategy, marketing and business development including acquisitions, alliances and business partners.

Prior to his career at IBM, Dr Wing was a Partner at Ernst and Young, KPMG Peat Marwick and Touche Ross, specialising in strategy and corporate advisory consulting. Dr Wing held Managing Partner roles responsible for the consulting business units and spent two years on secondment as the Chief Information Officer of NSW Health (for the State of New South Wales, Australia).

Dr Wing has worked extensively in the USA, Asia, and Europe. He has a Bachelor and Masters of Economics and also a PhD in Organisational Change. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and was until recently an adjunct Professor with the Centre for Applied Finance at Macquarie University, Australia and a member of the Board for CSIRO that approves Government research projects in Australia.
