There are 3 delivery statuses:
1. A red cross means message sending failed. This means there was an error and the SMS message could not be sent, even though we tried several providers. You will not be charged any biNu credits.
2. A single green tick means we have sent the SMS message via our delivery partners. You will be charged biNu credits for this transaction, even if we do not receive any confirmation from our delivery partners. This is in effect the same as sending a standard SMS direct from your handset.
3. A double green tick means we have sent the SMS message AND we have received confirmation from our delivery partner that the message has been successfully delivered. You will be charged biNu credits for this transaction. Delivery confirmation is a free value-added service we offer in addition to the standard SMS service.
